Extended Description

At a minimum, LNT should support:

Associating an owner with a machine entry.

It might also be good to support:

(Optionally) Require machines to be defined before accepting submissions for them. This is probably nice from a security standpoint anyway. This should be an optional feature on the server, not all installations need this.
Maybe add some kind of authentication mechanism before allowing submissions.
