It would be really nice to have a little helper CGI script to put in the
top-level LLVM directory which would allow us to forward to Bugzilla bugs.  GCC
has something like this, <a href="http://gcc.gnu.org/PR?2">for</a> <a
href="http://gcc.gnu.org/PR?3">example</a>.

LLVM should have this too: it would make preparing the release notes easier. 
For now, it should forward to zion, but eventually it should forward to
llvm.cs.uiuc.edu.

The llvm.cs.uiuc.edu/PR([0-9]+) redirect is working fine. Feel free to reopen
this one later if you feel I have not sufficiently addressed this issue.
