Currently, -f{no-}unwind-tables has no effect on ARM. We have an alternative, -arm-disable-ehabi, which should be controlled by the former and removed from existence.

This issue is generating too much discussion and is getting nowhere. Since it doesn't fix anything broken, I'll leave it as it is, and if someone comes with a real bug we can reopen it.
